Case Study – The Maltings Alnwick
Ascent Homes recently started work at a site in Alnwick, Northumberland. Their site ‘The Maltings’ is currently being developed by the Northumberland-based home builders into luxury apartments in the beautiful historical town. They called on us as they were having trouble getting any kind of reliable communications for their site cabins. Already in a difficult signal area they found “mobile broadband” dongles slow and unreliable – they said might work some days and wouldn’t the next day and were absolutely useless for what they needed. They were becoming incredibly frustrated with not being able to do the simplest of tasks such as send an email or liaise with suppliers and this was costing them time and money.
